Joining the Scottish Rat Club
Benefits of joining
Becoming a member of the SRC is an excellent chance to meet likeminded ratty folk and learn about all aspects of rats as pets, as well as the Rat Fancy.
You will receive the club magazine, RatChat, every two months. This is full of informative articles about rat care, breeding and showing, as well as Varieties and Pets Show Reports. Full details and information on obtaining back copies of magazine are on the RatChat page.
As a member you will be able to enter all of the Scottish Rat Club shows, including the annual Trophy Show, held at venues across Scotland 6 times a year. Members benefit from reduced entry rates.
Members also have unrestricted access to our friendly and informative Members Only Online Forum.
Annual Membership Rates
Family Membership: £17.50
Adult Membership: £12.00
Concessions (under 16, over 60, full time students): £9.00
** A joining fee of £2.50 is payable for new members **

If you would like to join the SRC, please fill out a membership form and send it, completed, with your payment to our membership secretary: Rhona Robertson, 16/3 Shandon crescent, Balloch, Alexandria, West dunbartonshire, G83 8EU.
Cheques should be made payable to Scottish Rat Club.
