The Hotel and Casino Complex
The Downtown Grand Hotel and accommodation facility is effectively contained within two large hotel towers. The towers are joined by an elevated walkway, and between them contain some 650 hotel rooms and suites of different sizes. As a hotel, the Downtown Grand is regarded as sophisticated and stylish accommodation, resplendent in all the modern effects that visitors to the complex could want. These include flat-screen cable TV, Serta mattresses and numerous additional comforts that have all combined to give the Downtown Grand its reputation as a quality hotel. The Downtown Grand was formerly known as the Lady Luck Hotel & Casino, a venue that had become a run-down timeshare venue rejected by the city.
